District Manager

The position is responsible for ensuring growth and profitability in the district assigned. Also responsible for identifying opportunities and potential customers, setting up Marketing/Sales plan, participating in trade show and maintaining regular customer meeting.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Agriculture, Business, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness Management or any related course.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in sales and marketing gained from animal industry; at least two years of which are in managerial or supervisory level
  • Must possess a strong background and updated knowledge of the industry’s market, products, customers and technologies.
  • Must have excellent skills on the following: Project Management, Negotiation, People Management, Presentation
  • Must be a team player; must be interpersonally active and customer oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are an advantage.

Sales Support Assistant


The position is responsible in providing support to the Sales Analyst in creating and preparing the standardized and customized reports on sales performance on a national, district and area level. He/She will be responsible in verifying activities in the CRM application (Customer Relations Management Software). Provides assistance for customer promotions and trade shows. He/She will also provide administrative support to sales force.

Product Manager (PHILNUTRI)

Job Summary: Understand customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. Develop product positioning strategies together with the other existing products of the Division. Work closely with the identified suppliers in relation to the technical updates, marketing activities, etc. Drive marketing activities like product launches, promotional activities, trips, including working with sales team, managers, and technical team. Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agribusiness or related course. 
  • At least 2-3 years marketing or product development experience is required for this position
  • At least 2 years experience in feed milling operations
  • Having experience in industrial marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Integrator Account Manager (Key Accounts Manager)

Job Summary: Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective relationship with the integrator clients. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. Also in charge of maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generation.


Requirements:
